bigwords.lol sells temporary promotional placement: your link and description displayed on a word's page and in the word cloud for as long as you hold the highest cumulative payment total on that word. The service is fully delivered the moment your placement is displayed. Being outbid by another person is an inherent, disclosed feature of the service and may occur at any time.
All payments are final under any circumstance, including being outbid, removal of your word or link for violating the rules, or delisting following a legal complaint.
There are no payouts, prizes, winnings, or cash value of any kind. Payments are not deposits, wagers, or investments. Placement confers no ownership of, or rights in, any word.
The rules are part of these terms. Every word passes a blocklist and an automated review before listing; links are checked against the link rules. We may remove or delist any word, link, or description at any time at our sole discretion, without refund.
Placement changes only when our payment provider confirms a payment. If another payment on the same word is confirmed first and yours no longer exceeds the holder's total, your payment becomes site credit on your email, usable toward any word. Credit unused after 30 days may be refunded through the provider at our discretion.
Words are dictionary strings. Holding a word implies no relationship with, or endorsement by, any brand, person, or trademark holder. All placed links carry rel="sponsored nofollow". Rights holders: report a word.
We store your checkout email (used for receipts, as your identity for cumulative totals, and to notify you when you are outbid), your display name, link, description, and payment records from our provider. We send transactional email only. Public pages show a click counter per word.
